Mining engineer graduated from UFMG and specialist in strategic mine planning and RDP (Resource Development Planning). He has experience in open-pit and underground mining both in Brazil and abroad. He is a member of AusIMM eccompetent person. He is a Green Belt in Lean Sig Sigma, TOC facilitator (Theory of Constraints), graduated in Visible and Perceived Leadership from DuPont and an MBA in Business from Fundação Dom Cabral.
