She has 20 years of experience in the mineral industry, focusing on resource assessment, reserves, mine planning, geostatistics, geometallurgy, and mineral characterization. She has extensive experience with phosphate, niobium, REE, titanium, vermiculite, barite, and magnetite mineralization.

Geologist graduated from UNESP (1989), master in Mineral Resources Administration and Policy from UNICAMP (2005) and specialist in ESG from PUC-Campinas (2023). Professional experience of over 35 years working in the areas of Mining, Environmental Regulation and Sustainability. Currently, she is a consultant and partner at RG Projetos Ambientais Ltda.

A geologist with a degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and a master's degree in Economic Geology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), he has over 20 years of experience in open-pit and underground mining operations and mineral exploration. He earned postgraduate degrees in South Africa (UCT) and Brazil (FDC). He has worked for large companies in various regions of the country, working with a variety of commodities such as gold, iron, copper, and nickel.

Economic geologist with an MBA in business and project management, possessing extensive experience in the evaluation and management of mineral projects, having worked in different stages of exploration, from generation to feasibility studies, in diverse geological environments and across a wide range of mineral commodities.

Professional with degrees in Geology and Mining Engineering, certified by CBRR and a member of AusIMM. Solid experience in Brownfield Exploration, Mineral Resource Evaluation, Production Reconciliation, and Governance of Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve Declarations. Currently Global General Manager of Geology & MRMR at Vale Base Metals.
