The Collegiate Board of Directors of National Mining Agency (ANM) approved on the afternoon of last Wednesday (January 26th) the Resolution on the Brazilian System of Resources and Reserves (SBRR) during the 36th Regular Public Meeting. The full final text of the Resolution has not yet been released and is expected to be published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) in the coming days. The implementation of the SBRR is scheduled to come into effect 180 days after publication.
