Julio Cesar Nery Ferreira -
IBRAM
Director of Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs at IBRAM. A Mining Engineer (UFMG), he has 41 years of experience in environmental, planning, and operations. He was general manager of operational planning at MBR and superintendent of the Pico Complex, served as General Manager of Licensing at Vale, and was director of operations at Crusader do Brasil. He coordinated the Committee for International Standardization in Mining (IBRAM) and serves on the Environmental Council (FIEMG).

Felipe Holzhacker Alves -
ABPM
Mining Engineer with a Master's degree in Mineral Economic Policy, both from the Colorado School of Mines. He was the Latin American Mineral Investment Manager at Rand Merchant Bank and a founding partner of the Frontera Minerals Group, where he also serves as President of Morro Verde Fosfato. He served as a Director of ABPM and the first President of CBRR, being one of the people responsible for its establishment in Brazil and the process of affiliation with CRIRSCO.

José Ricardo Thibes Pisani -

Geologist with an MBA in Business Management. 30 years of experience in senior project management/mining companies, discoveries/developments of mineral deposits for multinational companies, including the operation of two open-pit mines (mining, processing, and marketing). He has significant experience in diamonds (kimberlites and alluvial) and alluvial gold.

Marcos André Gonçalves -
ADIMB
25 years of professional experience - Master in Mineral Resources Administration and Policy (Unicamp), MBA in Business Logistics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Former President of ADIMB (2014-2016), former National Manager of Altoro Mineração and Pedra Branca Mineração. Currently, he is President of Codelco do Brasil, since 2008. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the management of several exploration programs (Au, PGEs, Cu), and has managed major and junior companies in Brazil.

Rodrigo Martins -
ADIMB
A geologist (UFRGS) with a master's degree in Economic Geology (UFMG), he has over 20 years of experience in mining and mineral exploration. He has professional experience in operations and mineral exploration at Anglo Gold Ashanti, served as Brazil Mineral Research Manager at Vale, and currently holds the position of General Manager of Mineral Research at Anglo American in Brazil. In addition to CBRR, he currently serves as vice president of ADIMB.
