The Reporting Channel is the main means of communication for those who wish to report an infraction to Code of Ethics of the CBRR.  

All complaints will be forwarded for the opening of Administrative Disciplinary Proceedings (PAD) regarding the alleged violation of the CBRR Statute or its Code of Ethics, based on evidence of the alleged violation, strong evidence of improper practice, notorious facts of violation committed by representatives of the Associates, such as newspaper articles, stock exchange reports, publications in the Official Gazette, among others.

The PAD will be analyzed confidentially and only interested parties, the Ethics Committee and the Board of Directors will have access to the records. 

CBRR does not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith, and all violations reported through the Reporting Channel will be appropriately addressed, treated confidentially, and reviewed by the Ethics Committee.

The veracity of the information reported will be verified during the investigation process and the resulting actions will be taken at the sole discretion of CBRR.
