Who can register
The following requirements are necessary for registration as a Qualified Professional with the CBRR:
- University course completed in Brazil or at a recognized institution abroad;
- Relevant experience in the mineral sector for at least 10 years;
- Relevant experience of at least 5 years in the same type of deposit or operation, within the area of knowledge for which the Registration is requested;
- Having held a Position of Responsibility for at least 3 years. There is no direct correlation between a Position of Responsibility and a management position. A professional holds a Position of Responsibility when their participation in the decision-making process of projects or operations is considered essential;
- Have a valid professional registration in the national territory;
- Know and adopt the CBRR Code of Ethics and the Guide for the Declaration of Exploration Results, Resources and Mineral Reserves;
- Know the CBRR Registration Committee Regulations.
How to Register
1 – Prepare the required documents (see below)
2 – Fill out and sign the Registration Request Form
3 – Pay the submission fee of R$50.00 (fifty reais)

4 – Scan and submit the required documents, the signed application form and the bank statement: registro@cbrr.org.br
The applicant will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days of CBRR receiving the documentation and will be notified of their eligibility for registration as a PQR.CBRR Registered Qualified Professional within 60 days. If the applicant is not considered eligible for PQR.CBRR, the CBRR Registration Committee will contact the applicant to clarify the reasons and/or request new information or documents.
