Geologist (USP, 1987), Master's in Mineral Engineering (EPUSP, 1994). He worked on civil engineering projects and oversight. He also worked in geotechnical engineering for mine operations. He currently develops base metal mining projects, both open-pit and underground, working on geomechanical and hydrogeological modeling, including support for determining environmental impacts on the physical environment.
