A geologist with a degree from the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT) and a postgraduate degree in mining engineering, he has approximately 20 years of experience in mineral exploration and gold mining in the Pará, Mato Grosso, Uruguay, and Rio Grande do Sul regions. His skills include geological and structural mapping, planning and monitoring geochemical campaigns and drilling, database management, quality assurance/quality control, and geological modeling.
