A geologist with a degree from Brasília (UnB), he specializes in ore processing (UFCAT), and is a project manager (MBA-FGV). In 2024, he began a master's degree in geostatistics (UFRGS). He has solid experience in knowledge management that generates value in mineral exploration and mining operations, as well as a broad vision of the mining value chain.
