Celeste Queiroz Pereira -

Geologist and geostatistician. She worked at Vale's Exploration Division from 2001 to 2020, leading the Resources team. As a member of the Global Resources and Reserves Committee, she dedicated herself to process standardization and led the Information Management team. She is currently the Ferrous Mineral Resources Manager. A founding member of CBRR, she chaired the Technical Committee from 2017 to 2020 and is a member of the CBRR Board of Directors.

Leandro Guedes Bertossi -

Geologist graduated from the University of São Paulo (2005) with a master's degree in mineral resource and reserve assessment (2011). Professional experience in mineral exploration, resource and reserve assessment and classification, and risks in mining projects. Professional experience in Latin America, the United States, and Southeast Asia.

Giorgio Francesco Cesare de Tomi -
ABPM
A Mining Engineer from the University of São Paulo, he holds a PhD from Imperial College London and an MSc from the University of Illinois (USA). He is a Professor and Director of the Research Center for Responsible Mining at the University of São Paulo (NAP.Mineração/USP), a Chartered Engineer (CEng), and a Fellow of IOM3 (UK), working as a QP and CP for the mining industry.

Ruy Lacourt Rodrigues -

Mining Engineer, Ouro Preto School of Mines; MSc, Mineral Engineering, UFOP; MBA in Management, FIA/USP; Registered Member of SME, USA. Experienced in business development, mining projects, planning, and operations in underground and open-pit mining. Experienced in developing governance for estimating and reporting mineral resources and reserves, as well as producing reports compliant with CRIRSCO standards.

Alessandro Henrique Medeiros Silva -
IBRAM
He evaluates mineral resources and reserves for projects, production operations, gold mineralization, and copper, silver, and co-product (sulfuric acid) deposits. For the past 11 years, he has served as Senior Manager of Mineral Resource Assessment and Mine Geology for mineral developments in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and the United States.

Rodrigo de Lemos Peroni -
IBRAM
Mining Engineer, graduated in 1994 from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Master's degree in 1998 from UFRGS. PhD in Engineering obtained in 2002 in Resource Assessment and Mine Planning. Chief Mine Planning Engineer from 2003 to 2006 at Rio Paracatu Mineração. Associate Professor at DEMINUFRGS since 2006.
