New board of directors elected for the Brazilian Commission of Resources and Reserves (Portal da Mineração)

The Brazilian Commission of Resources and Reserves (CBRR), formed through joint action by the Brazilian Association of Mineral Research Companies (ABPM), the Agency for Technological Development of the Brazilian Mineral Industry (ADIMB) and the Brazilian Mining Institute (IBRAM), swore in the new members of the entity's Board of Directors this month (August 16).

Marcos André Gonçalves, President of Codelco Brazil, is the new president of CBRR, replacing Felipe Holzhacker Alves, founding partner of Frontera Minerals. “I hand over our first term managing CBRR with a sense of accomplishment, honored by the achievements to which so many colleagues contributed, and aware of the challenges and importance of the expansion that CBRR brings to our mineral sector. I thank all the members of the board of directors, committees, and executive secretariat who served alongside me with dedication and competence during these almost three initial years of our organization,” says Felipe.
