Between September 30th and October 1st, the Brazilian Commission of Resources and Reserves (CBRR) and the Agency for Technological Development of the Brazilian Mineral Industry (ADIMB) will be offering the course “Brazilian Guide for the Declaration of Resources and Reserves: Principles and Guidelines” in Salvador, Bahia. Registration can be done via the link www.adimb.org.br/cursos2019.
The program was created to disseminate standards and best practices for preparing public declarations of mineral resources and reserves produced in Brazil, to ensure materiality, transparency, and technical competence in the documents. “Our main asset is the professional with relevant qualifications (PQR). Brazil has about 300 qualified professionals working in various countries, but we need to invest in technical certification,” emphasizes the president of CBRR, Marcos André Gonçalves. In November, the course will be held in Pará.
